EmBODY WELL debuted the Eat WELL Video Series and Program with Grub and Groove, Cooking Vegetablarian with Tanya. Focused entirely on cooking vegetables, each month, Tanya, our certified health coach, nutrition therapist and dance fitness instructor, will prepare a seasonal vegetable and teach a dance move to go with your cooking groove! Her two favorite activities, cooking and dancing, are combined in this fun, educational format!
