What is the TP?  To get you moving, our health coach, Tanya, created the first strength-based line dance based on everyone's "favorite" exercise ...burpees!!!

Don't worry, there are 5 intensity levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced, funky and "whateva flava you fava!"
