More on the EmBODY WELL philosophy

The Think WELL-Do WELL-EmBODY WELL framework is largely rooted in realizations shaped by her own health journey and development of a holistic approach to balance, re/discovery and awareness. She does this by training POWERfully, nourishing JOYfully and recovering PEACEfully.

EmBODY WELL itself is an evolution of the sensual movement. The phrase the sensual movement represented Tanya’s personal movement to create awareness of the importance of experiencing life through all 5 senses to enable the full richness of our best selves.
