What is ChangiNG with The Change?

Changing with the Change is a revolutionary program to educate, motivate and inspire you for the next stage of life. As a collaboration with GYNConnect, Changing with the Change is a unique experience that intentionally and explicitly acknowledges the challenges of the menopause stage of life as a change to your physical, mental/emotional, and sexual identity that requires support and rediscovery.  It seeks to empower you and your “menopause mindset” with the knowledge and tools to speak with your healthcare provider or shift your lifestyle and successfully embrace he opportunity and celebration that can be “change with the change.”

Changing with the Change proposes to empower your menopause journey by:  

  • delivering actionable menopause education based on up-to-date research, esp. diet + lifestyle

  • enabling and leveraging group coaching, support and sharing

  • supporting practical research

What we’ll actually talk about:

  • What every woman (and her community) needs to know about menopause—without fear, fluff, or fixing

  • The latest lifestyle and mindset research that expands options, agency and choice

  • How to reframe this season as your identity evolution, physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually

Real questions. Real conversations. Real-life applications.

This is not a lecture. It’s not group therapy. It’s a shared learning space rooted in curiosity, evidence, support and lived experience.

With groups running every quarter and reunions every year, once you attend any session, you become a part of an amazing, growing, supportive community! Do one or more sessions for yourself or give a session or a series as a gift to a woman you love!

What do the six parts of the series cover?

The series consists of six 90-minute interactive sessions designed to not only provide evidence-based education and advice to empower attendees but also cultivate a supportive community around lifestyle change and wellbeing. The sessions are as follows:

·       SESSION 1: Opening Session: Changing with the Change Kickoff: What is “the Change?”, or Puberty: The Remix

·       SESSION 2: Physical Changes: Addressing Menopause, Sleep, Sweats, Weight Gain, and Joint Pain

·       SESSION 3: Mental and Emotional Changes: Understanding Menopause Mind and Mood

·       SESSION 4: Sexual Changes: Exploring Menopause Drive and Dryness

·       SESSION 5: Changes in Risk: Exploring Menopause Cardiovascular, Cancer, Diabetes, and Thyroid Risks

·       SESSION 6: Closing Session: Changing with the Change Closing: The Menopause Mindset

Is changing with the change a group or 1-on-1 Experience? Can i create my own group?

You can experience Changing with the Change in 3 ways:

  1. Group Cohort: As a group cohort experience, it is a valuable forum for women to not only share a supportive experience with a new tribe but also have fun as you learn and ‘crowdsource’ practical information and results for your journey.

  2. Private Group: Create your own Changing with the Change cohort! You customize the group, the schedule and the content from the Changing with the Change curriculum to create an experience that is most empowering and supportive for you.

What is the cost?

For all 6 group sessions, the registration fee is $399. To attend the 1st session only, the registration fee is $125.

When is the Next session?

The next Changing with the Change series kicks off on Saturday May 9!

Once registered for the full series, you will be sent info to select from Monday or Wednesday cohorts. Groups are created based on a set number registered by a certain date within your registration date.
